- Please note that goods are despatched after cheque clearance. Should you wish for your items to be despatched as quickly as possible, please use the online shopping facility.
Shipping and Handling
- We use Australia Post, which takes between 1-14 days subject to goods being in stock, and shipping destination.
- Overseas shipping charges are based on a fixed cost per destination using Australia Post Air Mail.
- Orders going to international destinations pass through customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees.
- A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
- Please note that Twisted T Saddlery is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local customs office for more information.
- For orders made from Australia the price that is shown in the shopping cart is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) currently regulated at 10%.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds Policy
- Please be aware that personalised, or made to order goods cannot be
returned. Items are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure compliance
with the customer’s specifications.We are sure you’ll be delighted with
your Twisted T Saddlery purchase, however if for any reason you are not
completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this website
to us provided it is in a fully resaleable condition within 7 days of
receipt. Goods can only be returned after first communicating the
intention to do so with Twisted T Saddlery. During this communication
you will be provided with a Goods Return form. This
form is to be completed in full, and MUST be included in the returned
package. If you are returning an item, you must include the original
invoice with the goods – without it, the return will not be accepted.
The goods must be in perfect, saleable condition. You must state the
reason for the return. On receipt of the goods, we will determine if
refund/exchange is applicable. All returned goods are subject to
approval. Freight for returned goods is at the customers’ expense
(unless the goods are proved faulty) – we recommend you get proof of
posting as Twisted T Saddlery will not be held responsible for goods
lost in transit. Personalised or made to order goods can not be
returned. If the reason for the return is a fault with the product, we
will send you a replacement or we will refund you the cost of the
product and the cost of the postage.If
you wish to exchange an item, the return of the item is at the
customer’s expense. Additionally, the customer will be charged for
freight on the exchanged item. Please choose sizes and colours carefully
as ‘made to order’ products can not be refunded or exchanged if the
wrong colours or sizes are ordered. No refunds will be given on any
products unless goods are proved to be faulty by our suppliers. If an
ordered item becomes unavailable then a refund will be offered. We do
not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a
wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit

- All merchandise must be returned at your cost in good condition in original packaging within 7 days to receive credit to your credit card. Returns after 7 days will receive a store credit to your account. Products will not be accepted for return if the purchaser simply changes their mind.
